Text Widget URL Problems

Everything works correctly except the links in the text widget. Some one PLEASE HELP! My site is done and ready to go live I just need to fix this issue and I have been trying for over a week. I am very sick of it!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

As I mentioned above I changed the permalink on my site to %post_name%

Now the links in the text widget add my sites url in front the link so instead of

http://www.tracyharrisflute.com

It is:

http://www.christinabellottaflute.com/events/www.tracyharrisflute.com

I changed the permalink back to default but it does not fix the issue. I have read through http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Using_Permalinks and I cannot figure out the problem is.
