Just to clarify, the textarea field wasn’t removed. Based on feedback from many users, we merged it with the regular text field (Name). In most cases people were entering the same content twice, so combining them simplified things and made the experience smoother.
Right now, the logic and the actual list that previously applied to the textarea works across both the regular text field and textarea inputs and exist on the option:
Text Fields
(Text inputs & text areas, e.g. Name, Subject, Message)
