This is normal behaviour. The formatting is stripped from the message text area. So, if, for example, the customer inserts a line break, that will be removed. It is saved as just one block of text.

There is nothing to fix, and there is no workaround, as it is designed this way for security reasons.
We’ve never had a request for this before. Are you getting a lot of customers who are writing elaborate multi-paragraph messages in the booking form?
Perhaps, should we get more questions/demand for this, we could maybe look into adding a filter, in a future update, that lets you have some control over what is escaped/stripped.

i have a restaurant with group menus, when i add many text all menus items are on one paragraph.

Thanks for getting back to me. We’ll note it down. Should we get more questions/demand for this, we can maybe look into adding a filter, in a future update, that lets you have some control over what is escaped/stripped. For the time being, there is/will be no option for this.
