    after publishing the delivery form I see “Please Fill This Field” for the compulsory fields. I tried to delete it, but could not find the way how to save it

    Hello @wpdesignz,

    After you make the necessary changes, please make sure to click on the safe button which is available at the bottom of the page. Without that button information applied will not be saved.
