I’ve tried a couple of other premium review plugins and neither of them worked. I spent around $300.00 for a developers copy of the first one only to find out how badly it sucked and to NEVER receive a response from the owner. When the 2nd one I tried didn’t work I contacted support and they said “something not working with your site” When I asked what wasn’t working, the response was “my plugin” then he issued a refund instead of attempting to fix the issue. The bottom line is non-functioning products followed by shitty customer service.

Then I found Multi Rating….

I installed the free version then contacted support when I hit a few snags. Two of the issues were due to conflicts with other plugins. Most developers would pawn this off on the other plugin but Daniel took the time to recode his to avoid the conflicts in the future.

Once the free one was ironed out, I purchased a copy of the pro version. Had some more things not working quite right but Daniel took care of everything without giving up or giving me any bad attitude. We’ve emailed back and forth 84 times over the last couple of weeks and as far as I can tell, all of the issues have been resolved and the plugin features have also been extended.

Even with the frustrations of troubleshooting, this has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever received from any WordPress plugin developer. I’ve also purchased a 2nd pro copy and will continue to use Multi Rating Pro on my sites and will gladly recommend it to others.
