Good morning, I noticed that’s problem with shiping costs only occurs for 1 piece of that category “up to 10 euros”, if you already increase the pieces of the same product it recalculates correctly. I deactivated your WPC Fly cart plugin and my default WordPress cart calculates correctly so it’s a problem with your plugin. Can you check please?

    Hi @willy210385 ,

First, please check the shipping class you have assigned for that product to be sure.

If you have any external plugin for managing the Inventory/Warehouse or Shipping rules on your site, it might interfere with the functionality of our plugin.

You can test and find our the source of conflict from your side by deactivating all other plugins, only WooCommerce and our WPC Fly Cart plugin to check. Then, reactivate others one by one to find the conflicting plugin.

We have a pure installation of only WooCommerce, WPCstore theme and our WPC plugins on our test site and we can confirm that this isn’t an issue inherent of our plugin. You can check it out on your own with the aforementioned steps.

We have received many reports about conflicts with some dynamic pricing or flexible shipping plugins that cause incorrect total/subtotal on the Fly Cart popup.

Unfortunately, we do not have any technical support agent available on this forum to help you with that. In that case, you can kindly consult with a developer from your end for this issue.

    Best regards.
