    Hello,
    WP 6.8.1 with “Graphene” theme
I scheduled some articles with “category replacement” based on a scheduled date and time, but it’s not working at all. (The article doesn’t change category, even though I selected another category.)

I went to the settings: the cron is enabled, but I don’t see my scheduled actions in the “Action workflow” menu. Is this normal?
And should I make other settings in the “Future actions” menu/”Publication type” tab: “articles” (default value) is selected,…
    Thank you.

PS: I see it clearly in my planned actions

    Hi @forefront ,

    Thank you for using PublishPress.
Since I cannot replicate the issue, means that everything works well, could you share how you set up the workflow? Below is the workflow that I created to deal with “category replacement” https://prnt.sc/IE2pr1X5G_He . I also applied WP 6.8.1 with the “Graphene” theme to get the same environment as yours.

Let me know if you have another concern

@rizaprihananto – fyi, you tagged/alerted the wrong person

    Hello,
Thank you for your reply, but I’m still having the same problem. No action is triggered.

    Reminder:
Until now, I only scheduled the action by selecting the date and time (using the calendar) in the right sidebar along with the new category to be taken into account
(for category replacement), and I could see the action in the “scheduled actions” section.
But no workflow appeared… (I already thought it was automatically generated)

    What I did:
    a) Regarding your answer, this time I created a workflow with the editor, adjusting all the settings in the right sidebar, and this time I can see the action in “Workflows,” but I don’t see anything in “Scheduled Actions.”

    b) Then, I went to the article and made a quick edit by selecting the date and time (settings I had already selected for the workflow) and then, yes, I can see it in “Scheduled Actions,” but nothing is triggered! :-((

Do I have to perform these two actions each time and repeat step b) for each article?

Note: However, if I click on “Execute,” the action is executed, but the point is that it’s automatic.

But I really I feel like I’m using the plugin incorrectly. Could you walk me through the steps?
Thank you so much for your help ;-)) because I’m having a lot of trouble!!!

    1) My articles are about 3 weeks old. Is this why the action isn’t triggered?
    2) Because when I create the workflow, I use the “widget”: “The publication has been saved,” and it says: when a publication is newly created, imported, or updated, and therefore this isn’t the case for me.
    3) In my case, which widget should I use? If this is the cause of the problem?

Ps: I have the same workflow as you.

    Hi @fabx77 ,

If the workflow is not scheduled, there must be an incorrect setting in the trigger and the scheduled delay part. Could you take a screenshot of the workflow that you created?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply.
I tried retrieving my site locally on my Windows computer and it works perfectly!!! (and therefore, implicitly, must use the Windows crontab)
(ps: I only scheduled the action without declaring a workflow)

Which would mean that the cron on the server is having a problem? However, when I look at the plugin settings, the crontab is indeed enabled on the server.
    In short, I don’t understand the problem…???

    Hi @fabx77 ,

As in my end, it also works fine, I still cannot point out the specific cause on your end. Could you try to diagnose the issue by following this documentation?
