    Hello,

Recently I moved all my sites to WPvivid Backup and use MainWP to manage them all. I’ve noticed that the “Backups” column in “Manage Sites” isn’t updated automatically with the date of the most recent backup until I click “Backup Now” and open the manual backup page for a site and wait for all backups to be listed. After that, if I go back to “Manage Sites” the column shows the correct date for the site I opened the manual backup page.

It’s a bit cumbersome to open all backup settings for each site to have the correct date as I’m doing daily scheduled backups. I would greatly appreciate it if the backup dates were updated with a site sync.

    Hello,

We apologize for missing your thread. In order to investigate and resolve the issue you’ve raised, could you please provide the following information for troubleshooting? Thank you.

    1. Could you please provide a screenshot of the ‘Backups’ column on the ‘Manage Sites’ page? We want to clarify if you are referring to the ‘Manage Sites’ page in the MainWP dashboard, or the one within the WPvivid Backup extension for MainWP. The WPvivid dashboard inside MainWP lists all child sites with a ‘Last Backup’ column—is this the one you are referring to?
    2. Could you let us know if you are using the Free or Pro version of WPvivid on your child sites?

    Kind regards.

    No worries.

    1. Correct, I’m referring to the ‘Manage Sites’ page in the MainWP Dashboard. Here is the screenshot: https://shottr.cc/s/2Ymd/SCR-20260113-p83.png. All sites from the screenshot are scheduled to back up daily, but the dates are not updated correctly. They update only when I click the ‘Backup Now’ button and return to the ‘Manage Sites’ page. The date then stays the same until I click ‘Backup Now’ again some days later.
    2. I’m using the free version on my child sites with Google Drive set as remote storage.
