I have been using another website for this. I can’t tell you how much easier life is when I get an email every morning with an overview, and I can just log in, update the sites, and go about my day. AND it’s faster than the other sites I have found that update WordPress. But most importantly its as big or small as you want it to be. You can get the pro version and basically add the mods that you need to do what you do without all the bloat from everything you don’t do. It’s about perfect. If I were to create a package that did this…. this is what I would create.
