    I recently had some issues with my website on another hosting platform and thankfully I had purchased the JetPack Realtime Backup which is amazing. After I switched hosting platforms (within a two-day period) Jetpack was able to load my site to the new platform with NO problems. But even more important was their OUTSTANDING customer service from beginning to end. They don’t call themselves the happiness engineers for nothing! And they truly have a happy customer here! JetPack gets 1000% A +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ rating from me!
