The cache not clearing.

Hello, I cannot link to my page, since it is still in development and is not published.

My problem is the following:

The plugin works correctly, and the page loads fast, the problem is that when I make changes, they are not reflected.

And this is because the cache is not cleaned. I press the ‘clear all cache’ button but it still doesn’t work.
