I see that you use some kind of cache plugins on your website – could you please clear/flush the cache? When I joined your website – I saw the Tidio widget, but if you don’t – that would imply that the Tidio code is somehow cached.
Also, I noticed that you have an empty account attached to your website – To fix it, close your Tidio panel and go to ‘Installed plugins’ section in your WordPress panel and click on ‘Clear Account Data’ next to Tidio plugin. After that, please click on ‘Tidio Chat’ from the menu on the left side of your WordPress panel and then you’ll be asked to log in to your existing account. Enter your chat account credentials and you’ll have your account restored.
