  • Hi @marchocias,
    Hope you are doing well.

I have tested the Facebook and Twitter counter in my development environment but have been able to detect some issues with the Facebook counter.

The Twitter counter is working properly. In the case of Twitter Counter, you need to include the Access Token and Consumer Keys that is generated for your Twitter account. The process is mentioned in this video. include the cache expiration time as low as you can.

Since I have been able to detect an issue with the Facebook Counter, Let me forward this issue to our dev team for further inspection. I will let you know the update once I have any.

Let me know if there is anything else that you need help with.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

    Thank you for this feedback.
Regarding the Twitter counter, the Access Token and Consumer Keys are however well informed (in addition they work in another plugin which goes up the last Twitter feed on the Home of the site), but when I click on generate the key the field Access Token Key remains empty.

    Hi @marchocias
    Hope you are doing well!

First of all, include the Access token Key and click on the Get Access Token button. Another popup will appear which will ask you to add Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. After adding those, click on Generate key button. That’s it! After the reload gets complete, Click the Save Changes button. This is the general process of Configuring Twitter Counter.

If you are having issues with configuring it, then please share some related information about the issue. I will check and let you know a solution as soon as possible.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Thank you for this feedback. This is exactly what I do for the Twitter account but when I click on Generate key button, the page reloads and .. nothing seems to happen in particular, in any case the Access Token Key field remains empty.
Since I installed the plugin, neither the Facebook account nor the Twitter account have been able to update the number of subscribers.
    Regards,
    Marchocias
