The drop-down showing no data

    Hello,

    I’m facing issue with WPC product options plugin, the problem is

    1. the drop-down showing no data
    2. extra product options is appearing twice with no data

    I’ve did it in right way and cross checked many time still not found the solution for it, Please find me a solution for it

    Hi placywear,

    I checked your product link and the options were quite different from your description:

    • There is no drop-down field. Only 1 text field visible.
    • The extra field was appearing only once.

    Thank you for your response,

    And I’m sorry for the confusion. The problem is with the toggle extra product option which is globally toggle ON in the theme option or appearance>customize.

    After when I raised this topic I changed the toggle option to show in product Metabox.

    check this below screenshot when it is toggle on and showing nothing in it when we click

    May I have some screenshots of the backend option settings you have made to check? It’s impossible for me to check it from the frontend. I’m sorry but I cannot get your issue much clearly.
