Hello @smiler78929,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I tested this on my end and I was not able to replicate this behaviour.
It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
I recommend installing this plugin:https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate FTG and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
This might help:https://wp-modula.com/kb/troubleshooting-and-debugging-with-health-check-plugin/
Please let me know how it goes and what you find!
All the best,
Beatrice.
Hello @beatrice12,
Thank you very much for your reply and advice!
The Health Check plugin worked perfectly, and it turned out it’s NextGEN Gallery somehow causing the issue.
After deactivating it, the edit features of FTG have worked all well so far.
Many thanks again for your help!
All the best,
