To help narrow this down, could you let me know when you first started noticing this issue. Was it after a recent update to WordPress, WooCommerce, or another plugin, or is this happening on a brand new store setup? Knowing when it started will really help us pinpoint the cause.
It would also be very helpful if you could share a short screen recording showing exactly what happens when you try to edit the product description blocks. You can upload the recording using https://loom.com or a similar service. Along with that, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report so we can review your environment details. You can find the report under WooCommerce, Status, then copy it and share it via https://pastebin.com.
Once we have those details, we can take a closer look and guide you on the next best steps.
