    The error message that contain HTML code in it did not wrapped and it cause overflow the query monitor div element.

    For example: I have this HTML error displayed from your plugin.

    <div id="query-monitor">
    <ol>
    <li><code>do_action('%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%AB%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%94_page_aabb-ccdd-eeff')</code><br>file.php:line</li>
    </ol>
    </div>

    The result will be very long. Please force wrap it. Below is screenshot from dev site.

    Another problem:
    I can’t select text in this error block.

    Tested on WordPress 7.1-alpha-62254; PHP 8.5
