While trying to delete a file as shown on Critical Category of Malware scanner log, this is what its showing
The error occurred

FILE_NOT_WRITABLE

Hello @snehasimbiotrek,

That means the CleanTalk plugin does not have enough rights to edit files. Please check if your website plugins have Read-Write rights, otherwise the scanner can not perform any actions besides opening the files.

How do I check the read write rights?

For example, an FTP client can be used for that. Please, follow this guide:
