The excerpts

    Hi,

    I have problem with my site. There are some days I could see the excerpts into your content then everything disappeared. I just see Hello. I disabled all plugins but the problem was still there. I deleted the theme and always re-install the same problem. What I want is to find my extracts. Thank you kindly help me please.

    hi,

    Good writing you I remembered a very important detail. I do not have my extracts since I downloaded the latest version of WordPress 4.1 now I remember what I did the update no longer and that’s when the extracts were gone. How to remove the version 4.1 so I can see if this is the update that is problematic. thank you

    Hi,
    This is the reply of the designed but I don’t understand all. What to do ?

    I can see on the homepage the excerpts for your posts just fine.
    The problem is that for some unknown reason, you have a manual (empty) excerpt for most of your posts. An example is visible in the attached file.
    The expected behavior from WordPress is to display ANY manual excerpt that you provide, even with just one tag or character. If you leave that box empty, WordPress will automatically generate it from the content, otherwise it displays what you set it to display.

    P.S. If you have made changes to the theme’s files and after that something disappeared, then it would be best to re-install the default version of the theme, without any of your edits.
