Hi. Can you help me find a solution to this error?

ERROR: The feed https://academic.oup.com/rss/site_5511/advanceAccess_3372.xml cannot be parsed. Simplepie said: A feed could not be found at https://academic.oup.com/rss/site_5511/advanceAccess_3372.xml; the status code is 200 and content-type is text/html
You should use the Force Feed or Change User Agent features of WPeMatico Professional

That error comes up when I use the “Check all feeds” button or “Check if this feed works” button.

I validated the feed and it seems to be working, but nothing is getting pulled into my site. I’m using the free version.

If I click “Run once” from the main campaigns page, it seems to work, but nothing happens. I get this message:

There should definitely be something getting pulled in.

It has been working fine for a few years now, so I don’t know what might be causing it to suddenly stop. I can give you temporary access to our test site, if you would like.

It looks like the feed is working for you. Simplepie can give false positives when you check the feed. But the message you get there looks like you already have the posts fetched and it doesn’t find any new ones in the feed.
There are a few things you can do to make sure. On our site there are many faqs so you can go deeper into the following points.
If you delete the posts to get them back from the feed, you must delete the hash of the campaign for it to read them again, otherwise it will take them as duplicates and skip them.
You should test the feed with some online feed analyzer to know if the feed is correct or has some error.
You can view the feed content in text mode in some browsers by selecting “View source code” or by saving the file to disk. That way you can see the content, if it is an xml file and if it has items to scan.

@etruel I am having the same issue. When WPEmatico fetches it says 0 items to fetch, but when viewing the RSS feed in a browser it shows multiple additional posts that should come through in the feed. When I have cleared the RSS feed (so there are 0 items in the feed), cleared hash and run again, it pulls through all of the posts originally in the feed, as if the feed has been saved within WPEmatico. Any advice? Any new posts are no longer coming through in the feed.
