Hi, I´ve a problem with your product horizontal filter that I can´t still solve and I hope you can help me. The problem occurs being on any product category or subcategory (men´s, women´s, accesories) and then filtering by size (s, m, l, xl, 2xl, 3xl) the filter results are all of the products of my store which don´t have sense being on women´s category with the title that says Women and appearing men´s product and other things, I attach two screenshots about what I am referring to. I don´t want to delete the plugin but it is very difficult to make function to our needs the horizontal filter.
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing with the horizontal filter. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and completely understand how frustrating it must be, especially when products from other categories appear in filtered results.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to view your screenshots. To help us get a better understanding and provide a solution as quickly as possible, could you please submit a support ticket with more details about the problem (and attach the screenshots again if possible)? Our technical support team will review your case in detail and work closely with you to resolve the filtering issue.
Thank you for sending the screenshots. However, I’m having difficulty understanding the specific page or template where the issue is happening, as it’s not clear from the images provided. If possible, could you let us know exactly which page or template you’re working with, or share a link to the affected page? This will help us better identify the problem.

Hello, the problem with the filter occurs searching in my clothing store by size in an archive page, the filter is searching in all the store instead of searching on the current archive page that in my case is hombre, mujer or accesorios in the picture I send before it sees a mens face and the title of Mujer. It don´t have much sense because if I am checking the women´s category and then filtering by size I don´t understand why appears all the men´s products with The tittle of the archive that says mujer (womens).I don’t think I’m the only one with this problem in his clothing store created with you. What solutions could you suggest us? I attach a screenshot about the things I am referring to.
Thank you for sharing these details—we appreciate your patience. I understand your concern about how the filter currently works. By default, the filter searches for products based on the selected attribute (like size) across the entire store, rather than limiting results to the current category. This design ensures that if no products with the selected attribute are found in a specific category, customers can still view relevant products from other categories.
However, we recognize that you may prefer the filter to only show results within the category you’re viewing. If you’d like, we can assist you with adjusting the filter behavior to match this requirement.

Hi, thanks but I don´t see clear details about how to fix the filter behavior. In that case can you tell me please what filter plugins are compatible with shoplentor?
Thank you for your follow-up. You can use any filter plugin with ShopLentor, as long as the plugin follows the standard WooCommerce approach for product filtering. This ensures full compatibility and proper functionality with ShopLentor.
Hi, thanks for the answer. How can I create a different archive page for every category? I mean one archive page for women, one archive page for men, one archive page for accesories because the external filter I am using can filter by different attributes but I need to put the filter on every different category that has a different attribute.
Thank you for your question. In the free version of ShopLentor, it’s not possible to assign individual templates to specific product categories. If you would like to create a unique archive page for each category (such as women, men, and accessories), you will need the Pro version of ShopLentor, which includes this feature.
