Hi,
I have checked and I see a javascript error logged in the browser console about jQuery library missing. I believe it is caused by your cache plugin, try to disable it and check again.
If it works without the cache plugin, please contact your cache plugin support for a solution.

I had tried to stop W3 Total Cache before, also stop it today, but that did not help, the flag drop-down did not work.
And we need the GTranslate compatible with caching plugins, we need them to work together.
I saw a lot of people’s feedback on this problem. We have tried the WMPL too, their flag drop-down works well.
Really hope we can solve this problem, then we can use GTranslate paid plan.

Hi,
I still see the missing jQuery library error in the browser console. It is not loaded properly before we try to use it.
GTranslate depends on jQuery library and it needs to be properly loaded, some cache plugins/optimization plugins defer the loading of the library which causes issues.
Please discuss it with your developer or theme support. If they cannot help you, try disabling 3rd party plugins one by one and check every time if the issue is solved to spot the issue.
