    Months ago I installed the plugin, the whatsapp floating button worked fine, but now it disappeared.
    The name change plugin?
    before: WhatsApp Chat by NinjaTeam
    after: NinjaTeam WordPress Social Chat

    I have WordPress 5.3 installed
    and the NinjaTeam WordPress Social Chat 1.1 plugin
