    Hello,
I have installed the plugin, configured everything, sent a test email successfully.
Then I have created a new subscription form as widget in the site sidebar.

But when testing the form, I always get this error.
The form could not be submitted ReferenceError: submitAcymForm is not defined

    Page or testing: https://nican.me/new/category/blog/
    form settings: https://nimb.ws/JnGPry

    thank you

  • Hi,

I’ve just given a test and I’ve been successfully subscribed.
Am I missing something or did you get you issue resolved on your end ?

the issue auto-resolved for the widget in the sidebar after cleaning the wordpress cache.
I still have the issue when I try to call the widget via a popup though,
test here https://nican.me/new/blog/ (“subscribe via email” link n the site header)

Apart from some css issues that could be easily resolved, there’s probably some code not being loaded there.

I am calling the Acymailing widget using a shortcode like [do_widget id=acym_subscriptionform_widget-2] using a plugin called “Widget Context”

The shortcode is then added through another plugin called “Popup Maker”

This process works for other newsletter plugins like “MailPoet” or “The Newsletter”, but not for Acymailing.

Any idea on how to achieve this (opening the subscription form via a popup link placed anywhere on the site) ?
I’d really like to keep using Acymailing since I’ve using it for years on a Joomla site, but this feature is really necessary to me.

    Thank you
