When submitting the form, I get a message: “An error occurred while sending the message. Please try again or contact us by phone.”

Hello, the problem is not solved.
Please help me figure out why tickets are not being submitted.

For some reason, the error message is not highlighted in color for me, so I can’t figure out which category of errors it belongs to

In the video, you can see for yourself that the applications either go through or do not go through. Why can this be so?
