Hi Shahin,
Thank you for looking into this.
If there are no issues on your end, then I must have made some strange settings while editing.
Just to be sure, I deleted all the Custom CSS I added to Ocean WP and the code I added to the theme’s function PHP, but the result was the same. I tried removing the page title and site logo, but the result was the same. For some reason, when I use the sidebar, the header height increases.
Screenshots of the header section for pages with a sidebar and full-width pages are below.

Besides the header height changing, another odd thing is that the WordPress admin bar menu at the top of the page is misaligned. I think this might be due to the same cause, but I couldn’t pinpoint it myself.
Both pages have the height defined as 100, but for some reason, it displays as 120 when the sidebar is included.
If you have any good solutions or ideas about the cause, please let me know.
Kind regards
Hello @nyashing,
Thank you for the update,
It seems it’s a plugin conflict.
For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let us know the results:
0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
2. Deactivate all plugins.
3. Then, first, activate Ocean Extra plugin.
4. Check your issue.
5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue
Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins(before updating, please get a full backup from your website).
Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).
Please recheck the issue and keep us posted.
Hope it helps,
Best Regards
Hi Shahin,
Thank you for your continued support. It took some time to set up the staging site and select the problematic plugin, but in the end, the issue was resolved.
To summarize, the problem was caused by my own edits, so I’m not sure if this will be helpful to others, but I’ll mention it anyway.
Following your instructions, I created the staging site, then changed the theme from the child theme to the parent theme and disabled all plugins. At this point, the pages with sidebars were already malfunctioning, but I tried enabling and disabling a few plugins just in case.
Ultimately, I couldn’t pinpoint the cause by doing that, but while experimenting, I remembered there was a plugin called Widget Options that edits sidebars and widgets, and upon checking, it turned out to be the cause. It seems the edits I made to the sidebar were causing the page layout to break.
I had completely forgotten that this plugin allows editing HTML.
In summary, it was my own edits that caused the issue, but I am deeply grateful for your assistance in helping me discover the cause.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards
