The initial form does not validate the fields

Hi, i posted few minutes ago, but i forget to ask for another issue.
I’m using a initial form with custom fields (name, age, email, city, etc.), but the validation isn’t functioning correctly.
For example, when i fill the email field without a correct email the quiz does not load, it just says: “Loading quiz…” eternally. The same happend if i not fill the form or i fill anothers fields with errors (ex. letters in an age field…).
¿is there anyway to fix it? ¿modifing some part of the code?
