    Dear support,
    I try to manually refresh the product feeds for google shopping and Facebook, but it does not work, I try to set it to refresh hourly, but still not work,May I know how I can manually refresh the feeds, thank you!

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Can you share with us the plugin debug.log URL so we can see how you configured your feed and it it indeed isn’t refreshing? This blog post explains how to retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Thanks for sharing the plugin debug.log URL. It shows you have two feeds configured, a Google Shopping feed and Facebook feed.

    According to the debug.log both of those feeds successfully updated multiple times today so your feeds are updating. What makes you believe your feeds are not refreshing?

    Hi, because I checked the google merchant center and the feed on it is submitted at a daily time instead of the time I submit manuall.

    I am not entirely sure what you mean by your reply but at least your feed is updating just fine so eventually that updates information should also end up in your merchant center depending on how often you let Google fetch and process your feed.
