Hello please can you help me, the payment page does not load. I select the products in the cart are adding but at the moment see the acrrito for payments I get out Cart Your cart is empty.Go back to the store

A few things to try:
I noticed in your System Status Report that your PHP version is 5.6.40 – We recommend using PHP version 7.2 or higher. You would need to reach out to your host about this.
Next, please review our documentation on setting up your caching plugin to work appropriately with WooCommerce.
Finally, if you haven’t already done so, please conduct plugin and theme conflict testing:
1.) To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.
2.) Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.
3.) If the above does not resolve the issue, try switching your theme to the Storefront theme (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and see if it works correctly. If it does, you’ll want to contact your theme’s developers and see if they have a fix/update.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.
I have the same problem, with this plug in ultimate affiliate pro, yesterday every this was ok, I have virtual shop, with woocommerce…, the wocommerce is working correctly, woocomerce receives the order, but the comission information that must to be transfer to the ultimate plug in FAILS, I already re-install every thing 5 times, start working correctly, and them whithout nothing it lost the comunication to send the information from woocomerce to MML comission,I do not know any more what to do.., and is a very important problem, because is the comission that must be pay that is not registered on the affiate pro.. please help..
The issue you are reporting is directly related to the plugin
ultimate affiliate proyou are using. Because this is not something that WooCommerce core controls, support for this is not provided on this forum.I would recommend reaching out to the ultimate affiliate pro support for help with this.
