The plugin cannot paste text

Question:
When I was creating questions, I had many questions that needed to be copied and pasted. However, I couldn’t paste them using the shortcut key ctrl+c under the visualization panel. I could only type by hand or use the right-click menu to copy and paste. But when I switched to the code editing area, I could paste them using the shortcut key. Please look at the gif demonstration image below:

Thanks for the wait.

Our developers tested this on several WordPress websites, but, unfortunately, they weren’t able to reproduce the case you described on our end.

In the short video attached below, you can see that pressing CTRL + V correctly pastes content into the editor without any issues.

I want to mention that the editor being used is the default WordPress editor, which is part of WordPress Core. Our plugin simply utilizes that editor.

That being said, could you please try adding a new post on your WordPress by either using the Classic Editor or the Block Editor, and testing the same action there to see if an issue occurs?

If it does, then it’s likely that there’s a conflict caused by another plugin or your theme. In that case, we recommend doing troubleshooting, disabling other plugins temporarily, and rechecking the issue.
