I can’t activate the plugin. It gives an error. Please help.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …/wp-content/plugins/cryptocurrency-rocket-tools/cryptocurrency-rocket-tools.php on line 124”

Use all methods – installing a WordPress plugin using search, uploading a WordPress plugin, and manually installing a WordPress plugin using FTP.
Still gives an fatal error. “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in …/wp-content/plugins/cryptocurrency-rocket-tools/cryptocurrency-rocket-tools.php on line 124”
Tried and on other sites with WordPress 4.9.2–ru_RU. The result of one – error. Tried disabling all plugins, as sometimes the code of one plugin can interfere with another, causing compatibility problems. It did not help 🙁
