Plugin Support

Hi @shawdan
That definitely shouldn’t be happening — I can understand how frustrating it is to keep reinstalling the plugin just to get your events back.
When a plugin disappears like that, it’s almost never the plugin removing itself. Something on the server or site is usually interfering. The most common causes are:
- Your hosting provider or a security system removing files (sometimes by mistake)
- A failed auto-update that corrupts or deletes the plugin folder
- A security plugin quarantining it
- A staging or sync process overwriting your site
- Server issues like low disk space or incorrect file permissions
- In rarer cases, a malware/security issue
The “Page Not Found” you’re seeing makes sense — once the plugin disappears, WordPress no longer recognizes events, so those pages break.
At this point, the best next step is to check with your host and ask if anything is removing plugin files (they can usually see this in server logs). It’s also worth checking any security plugin logs if you’re using one.
