    Good morning.

    We’ve been using your plugin for a few months and think it’s excellent. However, it often disconnects, resulting in emails not reaching clients. This causes us significant inconvenience.

    We use Google with API Key, and we use a single key for over 100 websites hosted on GoDaddy. Should we create two or three keys to prevent them from constantly disconnecting?

    Hi @pramaweb ,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I am so sorry to hear about the trouble.

    This often caused by expired tokens, revoked access, or IP/domain restrictions, rather than the plugin itself. I’d recommend using multiple keys to reduce the rate.

    Besides that, I’d recommend setting up a backup mailer, so the email delivery continues even if this coneection is broken. Also, you can use the email alert feature to get an alert as soon as a connection is disconnected. These features are available in all of the paid license levels.
