Please do the following:
1. Update the plugin to the newest version
2. If the problem still exists, please send me the content of the webserver (maybe apache’s) error log. It can be found in your storage / server / CPanel / … Or you can enable the DEV mode (https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-Developer-Mode-in-WordPress-and-how-do-I-check-if-it%E2%80%99s-turned-off-or-on) and with that you can collect the error message.
