The plugin does not save any changes

The plugin does not save any changes to the popups. I have deactivated all other plugins, but it still doesn’t save, so it’s not a conflict with any plugin.

Thank you for the topic.
I want to mention that the plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
However, there may be a limitation set by your Server, due to which you can’t save the changes.So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP value or do it on your own via the cPanel.
max_input_vars 10000

Hi I’m having the same issue too, the popupbox is not saved and cannot be deleted as well, please help.

We have checked your website, however, couldn’t find our popup on your Homepage.
I want to mention, that it is not possible so that you delete the popup and it will be displayed somewhere on the Front-end.While checking, we noticed that you are currently using the strong W3 Total Cache plugin.

We strongly believe the issue comes from the cache.
So, firstly, make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches (including via that plugin) and check the case again via another browser/device or the Incognito mode.As to the saving process, we have checked and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
So, please clarify the case you are experiencing more in detail and let us know which option exactly is not being saved.
Also, please try to check the case after deleting the cache.By the way, please feel free to open a new topic each time you have new questions so that the information can be accessible to other users as well.

Sorry I must have missed the email. The pop up is on https://dandy.com.my/events/ page. I have tried to deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin and re-save my pop up content but failed too. Can you please help?
