The plugin does not show admin settings

    Hi, I installed the plug-in to the site , but could not find the theme settings , menus, etc.

    When I hover and click over the WPtouch brings me in here : wp-admin / admin.php page = wptouch-admin-general-settings?. At the same time I do not see any additional menu.

    In general, the plug-in , the mobile version is loaded . But I can not configure it !

    and today I see this on mobile version: Fatal error: Call to undefined function ri_quartz_random_ID() in /home/kausar/data/www/kausar.kg/wp-content/plugins/rit-core/html/shortcode-icon-box.php on line 2
