The plugin does not update reviews

    Hello, we bought the premium version of the plugin, but the reviews are not updated.
    We excluded js file minification and set the widget to refresh daily, but it still doesn’t work.
    Can you help us solve the problem?
    We have launched the e-commerce site and the reviews section is very important to us.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
