The plugin does not work

    Hello,
    I tried to configure your plugin firstly with a google account (which doesn’t work in the last step because your plugin wouldn’t be recognised by google), then with a personal email address (using another SMTP as a connection tool). Neither solution works…

    Can you help me please?

    Hi @sachabarre ,

    Google phased out, “less secure apps” so the Other SMTP will not work.

    You can use the Google Mailer option or an App Password, you can read more about how to achieve this

    Please also make sure to double-check the Google Setup guide here.

    And last but not least, please share screenshots of the on-screen you are getting at the end.

    I tried reinstalling the solution with google and reconfiguring it by hand following the tutorials to no avail…

    I am sorry to hear you are still facing issues with your setup.

    Again, please make sure you follow all the steps in the guide, or you can also follow our video tutorial here.

    Please let me know what steps you are able to perform and where you get stuck or what is failing.

    Also please take a screenshot of any errors you get and share them here, so I can have a better idea of what is happening.
