Which button do you want? Do you want to change the order status?
Exactly, if a customer selects what they want to pick up by store. Where do I see the button to choose that the order is ready?

You can change the order status to Ready for Pickup so the Ready for Pickup email sends to the customer. For more information check this documentation.
Hello, I saw the documentation but I think we are not understanding each other. When a customer places an order and chooses to pick up at our store, where do I select what is ready to pick up?

The Ready for Pickup and Picked up are custom statuses to optimize the pickup fulfillment workflow. The orders are Processing (pick & pack process), when the package is available at the store for pickup, you change the order status to Ready for pickup).
If you need automation, The Advanced Local pickup PRO allows you to automatically set the local pickup orders to bypass the Processing status and to be set on ready for pickup.
