By default the message shows only once per user, so you won’t see it again unless you change the defaults.
Go to the plugin settings, Advanced tab and set:
Skip first visit: Unchecked
Display pace: Everytime
Max display count: 0
This is how I have it set, but it still only displays once. Subsequent visits to the page no longer show the pop up.
With all the same settings on my second web site, it still does not work at all on that site.
This is a screen shot of my Samsung GS4 with Kit-Kat and the latest chrome browser. Notice that the 3 dots for the overflow menu button are not in the upper right corner. This makes using this plug in very confusing. Once the pop-up is present you have to click the hidden menu button on the lower left of the phone next to the home button. Then you will get the list of actions including save to home screen. If you go anywhere near the upper right corner, the pop-up closes and you will never get it back again. Supposedly, this was fixed by Google in December of 2013, but it still does not work now. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome. When Chrome first starts up, the 3 dots appear for a fraction of a second and then vanish.

See the difference?
Android market is very fragmented. There’s no way we could possibly optimize the script for every vendor. I agree samsung is a very important android vendor, but how can we detect all samsung devices (which are countless)?
it’s not easy to solve, maybe with a more general purpose message, such as “open the option menu of your browser and click add to homescreen.
How do I change the message? Also, the icon that is created on the home screen does not use any of the words or phrases that I put in the plug in as a label.
latest version fixes the “custom message not showing up” issue
io ho lo stesso problema, sembra che il plugin non faccia nulla.. puoi tu aiutarmi per favore? http://www.keepradio.it
I have the same problem, it seems that the plugin does nothing .. can you help me please? http://www.keepradio.it
the popup works perfectly on your website, I just tried on both ipad and iphone.
try to clear your browser cache and retry. You have the “skip first visit” option, so you need to access the website twice.
