The plugin doesn’t show up

    When activated the plugin doesn’t show up in Tools.

    Has it been moved to another menu, or it is simply not compatible with wordpress any more?

    This plugin doesn’t add a menu in Tools.
    It just converts the city text field into a select dropdown, as explained in the description
