The plugin doesn’t work!

    The plugin doesn’t work on the fron-end, the reviews doesn’t appear, the reviews also look broken inside the plugin settings. I use it in a lot of sites in Brazil, all of them with the same problem. Already tried turn off cache and all plugins that may affect it, but nothing works, please help!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out and reporting this issue.

    To help diagnose the problem you’re experiencing with the plugin, could you please do the following? On the page where the plugin is not working correctly (where the error occurs), press the F12 key on your keyboard to open the browser’s developer console. Please take a screenshot of the “Console” tab, showing any errors that appear there, and share it with us.

    This will give us more insight into what might be going wrong.
