the plugin doesn't work anymore

The problem has begun when I decided to deactivate the status under construction so after saved the setting I was not able to see my website the page maintenance mode was always activate and that time the version of WordPress was 4.4 I have then I upgrade to 4.5 the result was the was.
Currently the counter doesn’t work properly just the second work but days and minutes remain same since 5 days
please help me !
