We’d like to take a closer look at the issue, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Then you can add it here in your response.

You can use a service like https://pastebin.com/ and allow the file to be active for a timeframe let’s say 7 days, also you can redact any sensitive information from the system report, e.g. you can redact the website URL.

If I open a new thread I will need to provide my website. The pastebin file contains a lot of information I would rather not share publicly. Is there a way to share this information without exposing myself to hackers?
