The plugin is not finding forms or even exporting data

I have a brand new install of WP:
WP 3.4.2
Contact 7 version 3.3.1
DB Extension 2.4.3

When I go to the make short code section there is nothing to select. I also attempted [cfdb-save-form-post] with and with out form=’my_form’ nothing.
