Dear @jimon07
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Upon investigating the issue, we attempted to create a discount using attributes and found that our plugin currently lacks the option to enter attribute values. This is indeed a limitation, and we are truly grateful to you for bringing it to our attention.
However, regarding the issue of deleting discounts, we have not encountered any problems on our end. We have been able to delete discounts successfully. Could you please double-check if you are using the latest version of the Disco plugin along with the latest version of WordPress?
Rest assured, the attribute-based discount issue has already been forwarded to our development team. We expect to resolve this in the upcoming version of the plugin.
Thank you once again for your valuable support, and we wish you a wonderful day!
Best regards,
Hello,
I redownloaded your plugin and tested both 2 staging and a live website.
On the staging websites your plugin was working with the mentioned limiation.
On the live site it is not working. I could not pinpoint what is the problem. Live site has page and db caching which where cleaned after the use of your plugin so it might be a plugin conflict which may need more research. I find the conflict i will post it here.
Hi @jimon07
We have resolved the issue with attribute-based conditions, and now an attribute value can be added when creating a discount rule. However, the fixed version has yet to be released. For the beta version, you can contact us through the contact form below.
The other issues you mentioned appear to be specific to your site. We will need to investigate them further. Could you please reach us from here so we can better assist you?”
Thank you,
