    Happy New Year. I installed this plugin and wanted to add some customer information to my checkout interface, but nothing changed, including changing the default form display language. Is there something I’ve set up incorrectly? Thank you.

    We hope you had a wonderful Christmas, and we wish you a very Happy New Year ahead!

    We can see that you are using the WooCommerce Block Checkout, and have made changes in the Classic Checkout Fields tab in the backend.

    Just to clarify:

    If you’re using the Classic Checkout, please ensure the checkout page is set up using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. This will allow our plugin’s fields to display correctly.

    If you’re using the Block Checkout, you’ll need to configure your fields under the Block Checkout Fields tab instead, as Classic and Block checkouts are handled separately and don’t share the same settings.

    Could you kindly check this on your end?
