The plugin isn’t able to create database tables

    Hi there,

    Whenever I install the plugin I get an error stating the database tables can’t be created. I’ve noticed similar behaviour before with other plugins. In those cases the plugin creator had a MySQL script snippet on their support page to create the tables manually. Can you perhaps supply us with such a snippet?

    (Without the database tables, the request data form doesn’t work)

    I asked my hosting provider the same question.

    You should see an error message in your WordPress admin panel if it failed creating the database tables. Just press on the ‘Retry’ button.
