file manager is the last one on wordpress
permission is 755

The screenshot indicates that either your permission is not correct or the owner of the file/folders is not www-data:www-data.
It is a problem with your hosting or your settings.
Could you please contact your hosting provider with the issue and ask them to set the permission of your file/folder to 755 and set the owner of file/folders to www-data:www-data.

i am the owner of the hosting and i am sure of the permissions cause i check it before i post this several times
