I want to mention, that there are no problems found in this regard in the latest version of our plugin.
Please note, that it is not possible so that the plugin starts not to work correctly suddenly without implementing any changes.
Please let us know, what global changes you have done recently.
For instance, the update of WordPress, The update of the PHP version, the addition of a plugin, or the switch of the theme.
Please provide us with this information so that we can guide you accordingly.
Besides this, we have checked and noticed that you are currently using the WP-Super-Cache plugin. The issue may be connected to the cache as well.

So, firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.
Please clear all the caches, check the case again and let us know about the outcome.

I seem to have made the mistake of paying for an upgrade and now the plugin does not work. The site hasn’t changed at all. Only the plugin version. alancrawford.com.au
Is there a refund option?
Update – I managed to delete the plugin, re installed the downloaded version and it’s now working. Not sure what I have paid $49 us ($70 odd Aus) for and what benefits that has given me. cheers

So, firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can

Then, clear all the caches and check the case again.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device. Then, let us know about the outcome.
